Moonlight Shadows

 

We live in a beautiful world but we are going through turmoil, I wanted to create designs inspired by the best of nature, in soft, easy to live with colours, making our homes a sanctuary from the harsh realities of living in the 21st century.  We have had high-tech minimalism, and fashion in interiors dictating for too long what we should be using in our homes and I wanted to produce something with a timeless quality.

I have always lived in the countryside and have no shortage of inspiration, I also take ideas from the past, lovely 18th century drawings and paintings, antique textiles; vintage 20th century designs, I love the faded colours of all these and like to try and match the gentle shades and textures of time-worn fabrics.

New collections include a range of fab vintage style scarves in pure silk replicated from our archive of antique/vintage flags, maps etc. True Brit Chic, these are actually Made in England.  Chic Britannia!
