DELIVERY

Goods will be delivered within 14 working days of your order. Hand-embroidered fabric ‘All over Vine’ is a special fabric only made to order, this takes a minimum of 10 weeks to produce depending on the quantity ordered. You will be advised of an approximate delivery date and kept fully informed during the process of production.

We will notify you when your payment has cleared and goods are dispatched.

CANCELLATION

If you would like to cancel your order before it has been dispatched, you may do so quoting your name and order reference number. If goods have already been dispatched, please see the section below on returns and exchanges.

Cut lengths of fabric may not be cancelled without a cancellation charge of 50% of cost of fabric. Fabric made to order will incur a cancellation charge of 50% of cost if cancelled after order has been confirmed. This does not affect your statutory rights if goods are faulty.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If for any reason you are unsatisfied with our products, (this excludes cut lengths of fabric or specially made products, see above) please return the goods within 14 days, unused and in their original packaging, for a full refund. We suggest that you use special delivery or obtain a certificate of posting, as the goods remain your responsibility until they arrive at our address. We do not refund your postage charges.

COLOUR AND DESCRIPTION

We have taken great care to ensure that the colour reproduction in our website is true, however, a slight variation in the actual goods may occur. If you are dissatisfied please see the returns section above.

Fabrics are hand-loomed and hand-embroidered, variations in the designs and weave do occur, this is part of the charm of the individual products and are not considered faults.
